Try using Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.
After that, try running AdwCleaner to make sure that there are no leftover rogue registry keys or toolbars in your system.
After this process, you can install the application again. It's possible that the application doesn't work because of the corrupted registry items.
I have Corel PaintShop Photo Pro X3 on my new computer. I updated the application and I can't open/use it anymore. It says that "Procedure Entry Point Not Found". What can I do?

This issue is caused by a missing or corrupted file. In order to determine which file is missing or corrupted you need to run System File Checker. Go to Start, type cmd and open the utility using Administrator rights. Type sfc /scannow and hit Enter. Once you find the file, reinstall the related program and the issue should be fixed. Usually the files causing this error have a DLL extension and for this reason, I suggest you run Dll-Files Fixer. It is an utility specialized to repair errors caused by these files.
In order to avoid any problems, you can try also to update the application manually. If you use Windows XP or below, go to Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs. In the Currently installed programs box, click on the program and then click Remove. If you have Windows Vista or above you need to go to Start > Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features. Select the application and click on Uninstall.
After the removing process is completed, download and install the application using the serial number received when you purchased it. I recommend you a download manager from Software Informer database in order to reduce the downloading process.
